Description of Job We operate in a diversified business fields and as such new employees may be assigned to any of our Business Units or Corporate Departments at the initial stage of their career. The work may involve trading, investment, project management or general management. After having gained experience and passed the required training and examinations, there will be opportunities to work at overseas offices and affiliates
Salary Bachelor's degree: 240,000yen/month(performance in 2016)
Master's degree: 275,400yen/month(performance in 2016)

Working Environment The Sojitz HR system is based on the Job Rotation system. Rotation is through different jobs and group companies both domestically and overseas. The benefit to the individual is that they gain experience in diverse business or corporate fields as well as gaining specific skills. The benefit to the company is that new people and thus fresh ideas and opinions are continuously being brought into each team. The term for each assignment is usually for a minimum of two years. Promotion is directly related to taking part in Job Rotation.
